Who are they?
-Chase Mann from My Coffee Pro and Aim It Media , and Jennifer Vaaler from Daily Demitasse have teamed up to offer over 25 years experience in the specialty coffee industry, graphic design and copy writing to bring an ethical, no-hype marketing powerhouse for coffee professionals. What qualifies Coffee Marketing Pro to work for you?
- We have over 25 years combined experience in copy and design for the coffee industry and over 10 years as Baristas.

What sets Coffee Marketing Pro apart from restaurant/beverage marketers?
-Because we have direct experience in various roles within the coffee industry.

How do I know if I need Coffee Marketing Pro services?
-When you need another employee (or two) but don’t want to burden your payroll
- For events, occasions, holidays
-Anytime you need words scribed to promote your company
-Anytime you need visuals to get your point across and show off your brand

Why should I use Coffee Marketing Pro services instead of hiring and training new staff?
-Because new staff adds to your payroll expenses, tax burdens and insurance premiums; CMP are freelancers that take care of all those issues themselves.
-Because you have to create projects to justify keeping new staff on the payroll, but with CMP you only hire us for specific projects with projected due dates.
-Because you might not be able to afford the salary requirements of staff with as much experience as CMP.

What if I only need Design services?
- Chase offers design services in bundles at various pricing

What if I only need Writing services?
- Jennifer offers writing services by typical price ranges for each project depending on word length and complexity from client needs and goals.

What if I already have content?
- Jennifer will edit or rewrite your copy and content as needed for an hourly price.

What if I need design and writing services?
- If you need both services, we offer a 10% discount off our individual base pricing. Then, we propose a combined project quote.

How does the administrative assistant service work?
Administrative assistance is an hourly service for time-consuming office tasks, so you can do other important things for your business. This is usually done remotely, online.

Where are you located?
- Chase in is in sunny San Diego, CA and Jennifer is nestled between the mountains and beach in Raleigh, NC. Although we are far away, we work well online together and with clients. If you are local to either of us, we are happy to meet in person.

How does Coffee Marketing Pro pricing work?
- To offer you the highest quality design and writing, Chase will only design and Jennifer only writes. You can use our individual services or combine design and writing services into a bundle for a discount. Administrative services are an extra and priced hourly.

How do I pay you?
- You can pay us individually or pay together then we’ll split it for you. Whatever is easier for you. We take check or Paypal. You pay 50% deposit and rest on final delivery.

May I pay by check?
-Yes, checks can be made payable to: Coffee Marketing Pro and mailed to Chase Mann, 125 Arbor Drive #17, San Diego, CA 92103
