Chase Mann from My Coffee Pro and Aim It Media , and Jennifer Vaaler from Daily Demitasse have teamed up to offer over 25 years experience in the specialty coffee industry, graphic design and copy writing to bring an ethical, no-hype marketing powerhouse for coffee professionals.
Chase started as a Barista at 18 and worked his way up to an apprentice roaster, he gradually moved himself into design and marketing with subsequent cafes and roasters. He has found the perfect blend of his passions: coffee, graphic design & marketing and continues to offer those services for the coffee industry and non-industry clients.
He designs everything you can imagine in the coffee industry: ads, bakery forms, bank count forms, brochures, business cards, cleaning checklists, disciplinary forms, employee checklists, fax forms, flyers, food recipes, letterheads, invoices, inventory sheets, menus, menu-boards, order forms, sales letters, websites, to even designing the store layout with an architect!

Jennifer also started as a Barista at 18 and discovered her passion for coffee during an espresso class at Counter Culture. Soon after, she began a coffee blog, Daily Demitasse, to educate and share her experience with other passionate coffee enthusiasts.
After going to school for English, discovering Secrets Of Strategic Copywriting, and working in various independent cafe’s, Jennifer knew she wanted to work within the coffee industry. She has taken the beginner and intermediate espresso classes at Counter Culture Coffee in Durham, NC. She has trained baristas, advised independent cafes with marketing strategies, written newsletters, fliers and web copy. She even tutored English, edited papers for college students, and business material for customers.
